Sausage Potato Casserole

This hearty casserole is a family favorite. Easy to make and delicious for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients
- (1 lb.) bulk pork sausage
- (1 (10.75 oz) can) Condensed cream of mushroom soup
- (3/4 c.) Milk
- (1/4 c.) chopped onion
- (1/2 tea.) salt
- (1/4 tea.) black pepper
- (3 c.) thinly sliced peeled potatoes
- (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In an un-greased 11 x 7" baking dish, layer half the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage; repeat layers.
3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
